Recruitment Procedure

Demand Letter
A formal letter issued by the employer and addressed to Overseas Manpower, Uttar Pradesh, India, clearly mentioning job categories, the required number of workers, monthly salary, contract period, working hours, and all applicable benefits such as food, accommodation, medical assistance, and air passage. The letter must be duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Embassy in the respective country.

Power of Attorney
A letter issued by the employer authorizing Overseas Manpower, Uttar Pradesh, India to act on behalf of the employer for the recruitment of the required number of workers and to complete all necessary formalities with the respective Embassy and the concerned agencies of the Government of India. The Power of Attorney must be duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Embassy in the respective country.

Employment Contract Letter

An agreement issued on the employer’s official letterhead between the company (Employer) and the Employee, clearly defining all terms and conditions related to the employment and manpower supply from India.

Post Application Procedure

Selection
We always prefer the selection of applicants either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his authorized representative. We arrange for the clients’ local transport and other logistic support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of workers, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under the direct supervision of our professional executives.

Medical Checkup
After final selection, we send the workers/candidates for a medical checkup by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of employment.

Application for Visa
For selected candidates, we will apply for the visa in the respective embassy as authorized by the employer.

Ticketing and Emigration
The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of Galaxy Enterprises, New Delhi to facilitate traveling as scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned Government Department for the candidates.
